Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Interact with Design and Factory teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Promote company sales products.
• Co-ordinate with Factory team on daily basis on production process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Co-ordinate with design team for concepts, drawings and BOQ
• Ensure customer specifications/requirements are fulfilled and documented.
• Identify customer issues/barriers and ensure the delivery of sold products on time.
• Prepare and review quotation /BOQs/specs/sales orders for accuracy.
• Receive inquiries and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Attend and follow up customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect payments within payment period.
• Increase the sales and profitability.
• Generate new sales/customers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in business administration, or any relevant degree.
• Minimum 2-5 years of similar experience in furniture and fit out.
• Experience in Furniture Bespoke Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory. 
• Candidate should be able to generate new business and sales as well as increase the existing business.
• MS Office, ERP
• Car and valid UAE driving license is a must.
