1. Introduction

Welcome to Bold Bespoke Design, where luxury meets craftsmanship in every piece we create. By choosing to engage with our expert services or purchasing our custom-made, high-end furniture, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our website and services, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience as we bring your design visions to life.

2. Scope of Services

At Bold Bespoke Design, we specialize in crafting luxury bespoke furniture that reflects the unique style and preferences of each client. Our offerings range from elegant sofas and statement coffee tables to custom dining sets, opulent beds, and exquisitely designed wardrobes. In addition, we provide wall cladding, bespoke lighting solutions, premium carpets and rugs, and comprehensive interior fit-out services. With a commitment to superior craftsmanship and timeless design, we transform spaces into sophisticated and personalized environments.

Our comprehensive services include:

3. Quotations and Contracts

Quotations: All customized quotations provided by Bold Bespoke Design are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. This ensures that the pricing and project scope remain consistent, giving you ample time to review and finalize your decision.
Contracts: Upon acceptance of a quotation, we will issue a formal contract that clearly outlines the scope of work, project timelines, payment terms, and any other relevant details specific to your custom furniture design. This contract is designed to protect both parties and ensure transparency. Work will only commence once the contract has been signed by both parties, confirming mutual understanding and agreement.

4. Payments

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upon signing the contract.
Progress Payments: Payments will be made in accordance with the agreed milestones outlined in the contract.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final handover.

5. Changes and Modifications

Client-Initiated Changes: Any changes to the project scope requested by the client after the contract has been signed must be documented and may result in additional costs and adjustments to the project timeline.
Company-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the project plan or materials as necessary to achieve the best results.

6. Project Timelines

Start Date: The project will commence on the agreed start date as outlined in the contract.
Delays: While we strive to adhere to the project timeline, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as material shortages or third-party contractors.

7. Warranty and Liability

Warranty Coverage: Warranty is provided exclusively for electrical components and manufacturing defects that were not visible at the time of delivery, for up to one year.
Repairs & Replacements: In such cases, BOLD Bespoke Design will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected item at no cost to the customer, except for travel and/or transportation costs. If the issue is determined to be a fault of BOLD, delivery charges will not apply.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any other situations after acceptance of the delivered goods, including visible manufacturing defects, transportation damage, or wear and tear.
Liability: BOLD Bespoke Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Client Responsibilities

Access: The client must provide access to the project site as required for the completion of the work.
Utilities: The client is responsible for providing utilities such as water and electricity during the project.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information exchanged during the course of the project confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

10. Exchanges and Refunds:

Cancellations: Orders that are canceled will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, a voucher will be issued as a credit note, which can be redeemed within six months.
Delivered Goods: Once goods have been delivered and accepted, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

11. Storage of Finished Furniture

Delivery Schedule: Finished furniture will be delivered as per the agreed-upon delivery schedule.
Storage Charges: If the customer causes a delay that requires BOLD Bespoke Design to store the goods, a storage fee of 300 AED per day will apply.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

13. Amendments

Bold Bespoke Design reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly.
